The Ceremony in the Hammam

You begin by wrapping yourself in a traditional linen Caro towel. Then you are led into the steam room where and you remain as long as needed to begin the relaxation. At intervals, warm and cold water will be lightly poured over your body to warm your body and to improve the activity of cardio-vascular and capillary systems.

The way to happiness

The "heart" of the hammam is a warm stone on which an intensive body peeling takes place. Then a soft soap foam is applied to gently glaze your body and pamper the new skin cells, followed by an invigorating and circulation boosting massage. Pouring water from special brass bowls opens the pores and improves skin breathing.

After the bath ceremony, a fragrant rose-oil is applied to complete the skin pampering treatment. Finally it is best to drink a lot of tea or water and relax on a cozy lounger.
